The Many Faces of Anime

One of the main reasons why I watch anime (besides the¬†copious amount of¬†fan service… KIDDING) is because of the faces that the characters make. The array of different art styles and expressions that can be made in an anime are endless! Lets try to imitate a few of them.

As you can see. It just doesn’t work. I don’t look nearly as kawaii or as fearsome as my anime counterpart. This is why real people shows just don’t do it for me.

On a more serious note though, it really is impossible to capture the aesthetic appeal of anime even with the best CG or the best actors. This is why I will always love anime more than any other type of digital media.
